One of the standout highlights of our upcoming Los Angeles Summer auction is an exceptionally rare Rebel Pilot helmet, custom-made for Star Wars: The Empire Strikes Back (1980). Created by Oscar-winning costume designer John Mollo - the creative force behind the iconic looks of Darth Vader, Princess Leia, and Luke Skywalker - this is the first time the helmet has been presented at auction in over 25 years, having originally come from Patricia Carr, Assistant Production Manager on the original trilogy.
